We've built a directory of vetted local service providers across 14 categories — from HVAC and roofing to legal and financial planning — and we connect residents with the right local company, quickly and without fuss. We match you with a maximum of 3 providers, not 30. And we never charge residents a penny.

How we vet providers

Our Standards

Every service provider in our network is reviewed before being approved. Our checks vary by category but always include:

Licence Verification

We verify active state licences — TDLR, Texas State Bar, TREC, TDA, TXDMV and others depending on the trade.

Insurance Confirmation

All providers must carry active general liability insurance and, where applicable, workers' compensation coverage.

Review History

We check Google, BBB, or Avvo ratings. We require a minimum 4.0 average before approving any provider.

Local Presence

All providers must be locally based in Fort Worth or Tarrant County — no out-of-area companies taking local leads.
